As the sun reaches its peak, we’ll come together to reconnect with ourselves through the power of our breath. Whether you're new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, this gathering is a chance to reset and recharge as we move into a new season. We’ll connect with our own energy and wisdom, with our community and with nature.
We will begin with group connection, reflection and intention setting for where you’re ready to expand as we begin our transition into the summer season. Then I’ll guide you in a 50-minute pranayama breathing practice where you will connect with your breath to release stress, clear mental and emotional blocks, and create space for clarity, energy, and purpose. We’ll complete our community circle with sharing and integration of what emerged in your experience.
